There will go to the presentation the director general of sports of the Junta de Castilla y LeónMr Miguel Ignacio González, the sports delegate in the country council of León Mr José María López Benito and the tecnical director of the event Antonio de la Rosa.
May 14th: At 10.00 AM, EN LA LOCAL OFFICE OF THE JUNTA DE CASTILLA Y LEÓN IN PALENCIA, Avenida del Alisal nº27: official presentation of the event in Palencia to the journalists. There will go to the presentation the director general of Tourism in Castilla y León Mrs Rosa Urbón, the Mayor of Aguilar de Campoo and delegate of culture of Palencia Mrs María José Ortega, the tecnical director of the evento Antonio de la Rosaand representing Castilla y León in this event, all of them from Palencia, the team Orca Palencia and the athlete Nuria Domínguez.
May 16th: Arrival of teams to Spain (Madrid-Barajas airport) and at 16.00 PM transfer to the lodgings of Pico Azul at Vegacervera (León).
May 17th: From 9.00 AM to 14.00 PM, revision of equipment, accreditations and photos of the teams.
May 17th: 18.00 PM: Press conference and official presentation of teams.
May 17th: 20.00 PM: Briefing and deliver of road maps.
May 18th: 9.00 AM: The Bimbache Extrem Castilla y León 2009 starts from Vegacervera, village of the province of León.
May 21st: 9.00 AM: Arrival of the first wanked teams to the finishing line at Aguilar de Campoo (Palencia).
May 22nd: 17.00 PM: Arrival of the rest of teams to the finishing line at Aguilar de Campoo .
May 22nd: 20.00 PM: Closing ceremony and price awards in Aguilar de Campoo, with snacks and Spanish wine.
